Tiln Farm trials
We carried out a trial in Nottinghamshire from 2010 to 2012, to measure the effect of Calcifert Lime on pH over time. The trial was on sandy loam soils, with Calcifert Lime spread on three fields at a rate of 250kg/ha. The results showed that Calcifert immediately raised soil pH and maintained raised levels over the whole of the trial period.
